Order and Delivery
All the products you find on Dutch Invertuals Collected are small productions and most of them are unique pieces. For these reasons, it could happen that your order can’t be shipped immediately. During the order process, it will be specified if the item you selected is immediately available or not (specific information about the products can be found in the brochure related to each of them.)
The shipping time and delivery depends on the country where the package has to be sent. We will inform you through e-mail when your package has been sent and when it will be delivered. At any time, you can check the status of your order on the tracking section of our courier company.
Cost and Payment
The price indicated in the webshop is including VAT. The freight and shipment costs are added during the order process, depending on the variables of order and delivery.
You can pay via Paypal and Ideal.
We can ship to any country. When you complete an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If the product is not immediately available, you will receive an e-mail with further specifics within 24 hours after placing the order.
While completing the order procedure, you can request that your purchase is sent to an address other than your billing address.
You can return a product in the event that it is damaged, doesn’t meet your expectations, or you wish to exchange it with another one.
Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please, inspect your purchase immediately after the delivery.
Product exchanges will be accepted within 14 days after the delivery date. If the cost of the product selected for the exchange is lower than that of the original purchased product, the price difference will be refunded. If the cost of the new product selected for the exchange is exceeding the original price, the difference will be billed.
When you return a purchase, it must be in the original and unused condition and safely packed, in order to be accepted and to proceed with the refund. If it does not respect this clause, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the refund will be issued within 14 days.
All charges related to the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
1. Fill out the return form which is attached to the shipment confirmation e-mail. In the case that you have deleted or lost your shipment confirmation e-mail or your return form, you can request another e-mail and we will provide you with a new return form.
2. Pack the item in the order box (or in another solid box) making sure that it is safely packed. Please notice, that only products in their original condition and safely packed will be accepted.
3. Book your shipment and put the shipment label on the box according to the standards of the shipping company.
